Work from home with encouragement and tutorials!
Artful Aging I provide high quality, tailored art lessons to individuals in their homes and small groups, using watercolors and conversation about the art world. I work with retired individuals and house-bound people who still have a curious mind and stories to share. The art lesson is a focus activity where art can bring an island of color, new eyes to see nature, and thoughts about the place of art in society, leaving clients with a connection to the world at large and a way of responding aesthetically. Wendy Soneson has been teaching art for 35 years, most recently as the artist in residence at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is based in the East Bay area.
